Finding 1, Visual hierarchy: The product photo is the clear focal point.

Design feedback is usually opinion. UXRay turns it into evidence: the same eleven standards and the same mobile rules for every screen, yours and your competitors’.

Eleven AI agents, one standard each

Each agent is a specialist AI reviewer with a single job. It scores every screen from 0 to 10 on its own standard, judged against Apple and Google’s mobile guidelines. The scores are weighted into one overall score, so what matters most to people counts most.

Visual hierarchy

12% of the score

On a small screen, people should see the one thing that matters before anything else.

What it checks

  • Clear focal point
  • Most important element is the most prominent
  • Use of size / weight / colour / contrast / position
  • Reading flow (Z / F pattern)
UXRay 1.0

Built on AI, and open about it

The eleven reviewers are AI agents, each designed to judge one design standard and nothing else. Here’s what powers them today, and what’s coming next.

Results may vary

Free AI models are fast but less consistent, so scores can shift a little from one run to the next. Treat a review as a strong second opinion rather than a final verdict.

Built from a question I couldn't answer

A note from the founder

I kept finishing screens without knowing whether they met industry standards. So I built the tool I wished I had, and made it for everyone asking the same question.

Founder, UXRay

  1. 01 · The gap

“Does this actually meet industry standards?”

Whenever I was designing a mobile screen, that question kept coming back, and there was no quick, objective way to answer it.

  2. 02 · The idea

Review a screen the way an expert panel would

Score it standard by standard, from hierarchy to accessibility and navigation, and put it side by side with the apps people already love.

  3. 03 · The tool

So I built UXRay for everyone asking the same question

Upload your app screens and your competitors', and in minutes you know exactly where you lead, where you lag, and what to fix next.

Questions, answered

  • Portrait screenshots from a mobile app, as PNG, JPG or WebP up to 8 MB each. Add one screen from your app and the same screen from as many competitor apps as you like. Long, full-scroll captures work too.

Put your next screen under the X-ray

Upload your screen and a few competitors’. Your first scorecard is a few minutes away.
